Raquel was referred to us by Maggie’s sister. We had interviewed a few other agents, but Raquel seemed the best. Raquel responded quickly to our inquiry and was very familiar with our neighborhood. She and her father Jerry (also an agent) made suggestions about staging, improvements and the benefits of having a pre-inspected property. The inspector caught a few items that we addressed prior to listing. Our listing/sale was not without issues – we had multiple storms with 5+” of rain and water ingress in new areas. We also had a massive hailstorm between the time of the sale and the closing. Our roof needed a complete replacement. Raquel maintained focus, things progressed as planned and our closing date stayed on schedule. Her rapport with the buyer’s agent and level of honesty benefited us.
